Pahoex Games ("we", "us", "our") operates the Bomku mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.

We do not require you to create an account. We do not collect personal information such as your name, email, or phone number.

Information collected automatically

Device identifiers (Advertising ID) used by Google AdMob to deliver ads
Crash reports and performance data to improve app stability
Anonymous gameplay statistics (scores, levels completed, time played)
In-app purchase records processed by Google Play Billing

Local data stored on your device

Game progress (lives, coins, gems, scores, current level)
Settings preferences (sound, music, vibration, language)
VIP subscription status

This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is rated for ages 7+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We comply with Google Play's Families Policy and COPPA where applicable.

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases (gem packs and VIP subscriptions). All transactions are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not store or have access to your payment information.

VIP subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Google Play account settings.

6. Advertising

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may use your Advertising ID to show personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings:

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we process. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Request deletion of your data
Opt out of personalized advertising
Withdraw consent at any time
